The Condominium Association of Sunshine Shores has just completed our restoration of concrete, using the company SR&C. I knew from the first conversation I had with Ken (owner) and Doug (General manager and part owner) that it would be a great company to hire for our job...especially when the 2 top men in the company are answering the phone!!! The day I made the call to SR&C, Ken promptly answered the phone, listened intently to the situation at hand with our building, and assured me that his company would be able to help us with our issues. Within the same afternoon, Doug called and confirmed everything Ken told me. Before and after the bidding process and SR&C was hired, Doug went over and above his job title. He has been fantastic in communication, being very attentive, and observant of the restoration our older property was in need of. As we walked through this project, he continued to listen, observe, and go on site multiple times himself making sure all issues were covered. All the while, Doug was considering the future milestone inspection that would eventually affect us and getting us prepared for it. As we moved from demo to restoration, Doug was always just a text away for any information or concern. He was immediately on top of any situation that popped up. He personally met with our BOD multiple times to answer any questions we had, and worked through any issues with us.
