SR&C is nearing completion of the structural restoration project at the Treasure Island Condominium parking structure on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, FL.
The scope of work has included epoxy injection and concrete spall replacement, along with the reinforcement of overhead beams using carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) wrapping. Additionally, SR&C has completed detailed waterproofing and finishing of all decking and ramps to ensure long-term durability.
All structural repairs have been designed and inspected by Atlas Engineering (Cody Harden). SR&C is proud to be finalizing this important project, delivering lasting strength and protection to the Treasure Island Condominium property.
