SR&C has been chosen as the contractor to repair and strengthen support beams and columns at the parking structure at Treasure Island Condominium, Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL.
The repairs will be epoxy injection and concrete spall replacement as well as wrap overhead beams with CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) wrap.
The work shall also include the detailing and waterproofing of all decking and ramps.
The structural repairs will be designed by and inspected by Atlas Engineering (Cody Harden).
